Booking

After your online booking, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice by mail.

Information: The price reductions and surcharges from the Speciality Courses will be applied by us after your order.

Payment

We offer the following payment options:

1. Advance payment after invoice, payment can be made by CHF or EUR.
2. Payment in cash, possible in Swiss francs (CHF), euros (EUR) and US dollars (USD). Payment in EGP is only possible for Egyptian nationals who are resident in Egypt. This is at the current exchange rate from CHF to EGP. The current exchange rate is clearly displayed at the bases. It is based on the average value of buying and selling according to the official bank rate CHF to EGP.
3. Payment by credit card, Credit card payments with VISA and Master Card can be made on site free of charge in either euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD). Payment by credit card in EGP is only possible for Egyptian nationals who are resident in Egypt. This is at the current exchange rate from CHF to EGP.The current exchange rate is clearly displayed at the bases. It is based on the average value of buying and selling according to the official bank rate CHF to EGP. Please note that when paying by credit card in the local currency (EGP), the conversion from CHF to EGP is based on the CHF prices. This means that the advantages and disadvantages due to currency fluctuations must be accepted.

Cancellation

Should your travel plans change please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email, at least 2 days before arrival. More information under Terms and conditions.

Tansfer

Free of charge transfer to and from your hotel (within a maximum radius of 25 km to our base). Cross-area transfers of more than 25 km are also offered for a fee.
