Description
This trip combines diving with a visit to the National Park. Like the explorers of the Sinai in the 70s, we drive to the dive sites over land, but more luxurious than then, namely with our air-conditioned minibus. We start from our diving center or your hotel at 8:00 a.m. and reach our first diving site “Shark Observatory” or “Eel Garden” after about an hour’s drive. The Dive Spot access is via the beach of a small bay. Steep wall or canyon here, experienced divers can enjoy colorful corals and, depending on the season, very large fish schools.
After the dive we go on a discovery tour. Climb the observation deck of the Shark Observatory and let your eyes wander over the Gulf of Suez and the Gulf of Aqaba. We are here at the southernmost point of the Sinai. We continue by bus past the salt lake to the mangroves and then reach our second dive site, the canyon in the Marsa Bareika a sandy bay with easy access to the dive spot. We have set up a camp here and after the dive enjoy a barbecue prepared by us and let the day end comfortably. We are back in the diving center around 5 p.m.
Dives are not included and are deducted from the dive package. The performance depends on a minimum number of participants and can therefore not be guaranteed. We recommend booking and payment on site.
