Description
Do you feel like diving deeper into the blue, handling the changing pressure conditions at a depth of up to 40 meters with confidence and sovereignty?
Do you want to feel safe and comfortable, because special skills enable you to reach greater depths?
Do you want to be a reliable diving partner for your buddy even when deep diving because you are aware of what you are doing?
AIM OF THE COURSE
The aim of this specialty course is to learn to react confidently to certain dangerous situations, which can occur especially at great depth. The course participants learn how to deal with nitrogen narcosis and oxygen poisoning and how to react correctly in case of loss of partner and in case of stronger currents.
Basic skills, such as handling your own equipment and that of your partner, taking into account environmental conditions, sign language and communication under water will be adjusted to deep dives and clarified once again.
Furthermore, attention is paid to the entry, exit, descent and ascent procedures. In order to plan, execute and complete the dives correctly, the breathing minute volume is discussed, the air consumption for the deep dive is calculated, the minimum air reserve, the maximum depth and the bottom time are determined.
By the end of the course, the students know about the residual nitrogen and can safely make deep repetitive dives.
